Part Compatibility Testing
Performed part compatibility testing to assemble new LED lamp components and transition to single horns. This effort supported a cost reduction project, achieving savings of $102 per machine.
Circuit Schematic Conceptualization
Conceptualized circuit schematics for a 14A overlay jumper using CREO to retrofit current safety functions to previous machine vintages. This project involved designing a cost-saving common harness for all platforms, improving towing mechanics and post-design drawings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborated with various teams within Caterpillar, including structures and hydraulics, to proactively identify and integrate cost-reducing updates into newer medium wheel loader versions.

Contributed to a significant cost reduction initiative by optimizing LED lamp components for specific machine models.
Enhanced my skills in circuit design and schematic conceptualization using CREO.
Strengthened my ability to work cross-functionally, improving communication and teamwork across different engineering disciplines.
