Projects

1. Researched and implemented a screen-printing process to resolve scalability limitations in the manufacturing and testing of oxygen polymer sensors, significantly reducing production costs and supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.

2. Executed initial statistical tolerance stack up analysis, incorporating GD&T principles to examine whether the assembly design is interference-free, leading to improved production quality and reduced costs.

3. Conducted snap-fit design analysis for kidney dialysis flow sensor by calculating strain percentage, identifying risk of permanent deformation and implementing iterative design changes to reduce strain without compromising functionality.
